| Session Winter 2001 will be remembered for a number of firsts. For the first time there were two qualifying groups, A record number of players taking part and for the first time ever the draw for the two groups was held live on the internet. It was clear straight after the draw had been made that there were going to be some big games from the off. In the original draw there were 15 players. 4 were to drop out but it still left the groups more than interesting. The revised draw finally being:- |
